Product Introduction

Beating Degree Tester (also known as the Refining Degree Meter or Pulp Beating Degree Tester) is a specialized instrument used to measure the water drainage performance of pulp. Designed based on the Schopper-Riegler method principle, it scientifically reflects the inverse relationship between the refining degree of pulp and the water drainage rate by measuring the drainage rate of diluted pulp suspensions, thereby evaluating fiber condition and the degree of pulp beating. The manual beating degree tester strictly adheres to national standards, employs a mature and reliable manual structure, achieves lifting control through counterweight adjustment, and is equipped with a spring pre-tightening mechanism and rubber sealing ring to ensure excellent sealing at the bottom of the drainage cylinder.
